“Student Bodies” Centennial Sculpture dedication, followed by a cookout. Campus tours will also be offered.

Open house reception, with welcome remarks at 2:30 p.m.

5–7 p.m.“100 Works!” Centennial Exhibition

Opening reception to showcase the works of alumni, student, retirees, and employees. Awards announced at 6 p.m.

6:30 p.m. Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet and 2014 Class Recognition

Support the newly inducted Class of 2014 with a social hour, followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m.

First-time alumni donors will have the opportunity to meet the student recipients of the Next Centennial Scholarships they've funded. By invitation only.

9:30 a.m. 4th Annual Alumni Golf Outing at White Deer

$65 per golfer/$260 per foursome includes greens fees and cart; lunch catered by Acme BBQ; and prizes for first, second, and last place teams, and for closest to the pin and longest drive.

Each player has the chance to win a $100 White Deer Golf Course pro shop gift card. Try your skills at the “Beat the Golf Coach” hole with Matt Haile.

Net Proceeds benefit the Penn College Endowed Scholarship.

2 p.m. WACC Reunion

Join us for a walk down memory lane, prizes, and social media fun at the first-ever WACC reunion. Following opening remarks by President Davie Jane Gilmour, Elaine J. (Helm) Lambert, Journalism, ’79, 2007 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient, and currently Special Assistant to the President for Creative Development and Public Relations, will put the Centennial spotlight on WACC. You’ll have a chance to share your memories and listen to stories shared by classmates and WACC faculty. Wear or carry your favorite WACC apparel and memorabilia to be eligible for WACC’s Most Spirited Award. Tammy Rich, Director of Alumni Relations, will offer closing remarks and provide information about staying connected with Penn College. At 3:30 p.m., campus tours will be offered, and will include a stop at The College Store, as well as a stop at the Madigan Library for a look at WACC memorabilia.

Food and beer tasting, led by our own Hospitality faculty and students. Enjoy sausage and sauerkraut fritters, caramelized onion pretzel rolls with caraway salt, potato and beer soup, sauerkraut-spatzle pfanne, beer-braised bratwurst with sautéed onions, and German chocolate cake. First-come, first served. Seating is limited. Due to the nature of this event, we cannot honor requests for additional beer purchases.

10:30 a.m. School of Construction & Design Reunion

Student-built structures are the theme of the day, with tours of the Thompson Professional Development Center, the Victorian House, and the Field House, followed by a catered luncheon at Morgan Valley Retreat (rain location: Thompson Professional Development Center).
